This approach helps minimize misunderstandings, cancellations, and disputes.

Refund Policy

  • Once a milestone or service module has been completed, no refund will be issued for the completed work, as time, resources, and expertise have already been invested.

  • In case a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client will retain ownership of all completed work. However, no previous payments or deposits will be refunded, and any pending payments for future work will be cancelled.

  • No refunds will be provided once the client approves designs, listings, profiles, or mockups and the service moves into the execution or development phase.

  • Partial refunds are not available for projects that are mid-way through a milestone.

  • Services purchased under special offers, promotional deals, or limited-time packages are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.

B2B Portal, SEO & Digital Marketing Services

  • Fees paid for B2B portal listings, SEO, digital marketing, lead generation, and promotional services are non-refundable.

  • Clients may cancel ongoing SEO or marketing services by providing a written notice at least 15 days in advance. Cancellation will apply only to future services, not completed or ongoing work.

  • No refunds will be issued for deposits or payments for projects or services that are abandoned, inactive, or remain unresponsive for more than 15 days.
