Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped by K. G. N Food & Beverages, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days for eligible cancelled orders or valid returns. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
